Longtemps, j'ai exporté, modifié et réimporté...

Mais on peut faire mieux, je me disais aussi ;-)

UPDATE `nom_de_la_table` SET `champ_lambda` = REPLACE (
`champ_lambda` ,
'ancien_mot',
'nouveau_mot'
)
